 The company Colmant Cuvelier took origins at the end of the 19th century. It has been founded by Mr FLINOIS et Mr COLMANT. Mr CUVELIER brought his financial part in 1905.

 - 1951 : Creation of Ventico® trademark thanks to the development of its first power belt for mopeds.
- 1954 : Ventico® starts exporting, through Europe first, then to North Africa.
- 1994 : Ventico® begins its market extension strategy by enhancing its range to scooters 50cc.
- 1998 : Creation of a new high tech test centre
- 2000 : Development of a new patented transmission technique: Dual system (plate + cogged power belt).
 - 2003 : Development of a new generation of high thermal stability power belts, which have been distributed through the label Furioso.
- 2004 : Ventico® enhances its range to all the CVT systems, whatever their application, small and big cubic capacity (scooters +50cc / 250cc, ATVs, minicars)
- 2005 : Ventico® enhances its range with the development of belt tracks for ATVs. The range of Ventico has been extended to new markets and now covers 3 scopes :
- Ventico Motocycles :
Ventico mopeds, Furioso scooters 50cc, Furioso scooters +50cc / 250cc, Furioso ATVs and Ventico minicars.
- Ventico Garden : lawn and garden machinery including string trimmers, lawn mowers, tillers, motor cultivators and motor scythes.
- Ventico Automotive : trucks and buses.
