Necessary tools:
- 1 Furioso variator kit adapted to the scooter model
- 1 cruciform screwdriver

Fitting instructions

1. To make the operation as easy as easy as possible, clean carefully the transmission cover of your scooter.
2. Take down the transmission cover (caution: do not squash or lose pins)
3. Screw off the variator binding nut on the crankshaft axe
4. Remove the original variator and washers of the crankshaft axe
5. Decompose the elements of your Furioso variator
6. Put the same roller's weight in the movable drive, then place the flange with its roller guides and introduce the hub into the movable drive (caution: please see advice below)
7. Put the washer provided at the bottom of crankcase
8. Place the Furioso variator on the crankcase axe
9. Screw the variator binding nut
10. Place the stopping crossbar in the cover bottom
11. Put the new variator on the crankshaft axe
12. Put the belt on the hub and place the original fixable drive
13. Screw the unit according to manufacturer's data
